Fossolo
A quiet, green residential area outside the restricted traffic zone, with supermarkets, pharmacies and places to eat nearby. Via Arcobaleno Park and Giardino Weisz are ideal for a walk. The area is convenient for Sant’Orsola Hospital and the exhibition centre.
TPER route 25 serves the Fossolo area and links it with Malpighi Hospital and the central railway station. Check stops, direction and timetables for your travel dates.
Look for free on-street parking around via Fossolo. Always check the signs and conditions for each space. Spaces are not reserved and availability is not guaranteed.

A comfortable stay.
Identification and access
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Access to the apartment is provided via an electronic access code. You will receive the necessary arrival information before your stay. Guest identity verification will be carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The person making the booking must stay at the apartment.
Guests and pets
Up to two small pets, up to 10 kg each. Pets must stay off beds, armchairs and other furniture. A surcharge applies and will be included in the quote.
Respecting the home
No smoking indoors. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00. Before leaving, please leave the apartment tidy and take rubbish to the bins opposite the building.

Availability, total price, surcharges and payment and cancellation conditions are provided in the quote. Tourist tax is collected separately. An enquiry is not a booking.

Do we have the whole apartment to ourselves?
Yes: you book the entire apartment for your exclusive use.
Is there a lift? Are there stairs?
Fifth floor with a lift. There are no steps along the access route except for a small step at the apartment entrance.
Where can we park?
Look for free on-street parking around via Fossolo. Spaces are subject to availability.
Are cribs and high chairs available?
Yes, free on request. Select the equipment in the form; availability and allocation to the apartment will be confirmed.
Are pets welcome?
Up to two small pets, up to 10 kg each. A surcharge is quoted; pets must stay off the furniture.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and access is via an electronic code. You will receive arrival information before your stay; guest identity verification will follow applicable legal requirements.
